About the Role

You will lead on Transformation, Improvement and Assurance (TIA) reporting, coordinating the regular reporting processes using automation where feasible. You will also lead on the development of new reports across the service, such as predictive analytics, Financial Assessment and Client Affairs dashboards and other priority programmes. This will include the identification of requirements, design and build of dashboards and supporting the wider directorate to use these effectively. Communication is key and this role will be expected to work closely with different teams across AWHP and SCC. You will be responsible for transferring knowledge and skills across the Systems, Analytics and Service Improvement Service.

About the Team

The Business Intelligence (BI) Team is a dynamic and forward-thinking group that delivers flexible, high-impact services across the Directorate. The BI Team is part of AWHP's Systems, Analytics and Service Improvement Service.

We play a central role in delivering the Adult Social Care (ASC) Statutory Framework and maintain strong partnerships with national bodies including the Department of Health, Skills for Care, and ADASS.

We support AWHP operational teams by providing high-quality data, insightful analysis, and strategic intelligence that informs improvement initiatives and service delivery.

As leaders in data visualisation within ASC, we’re driving the development of innovative dashboards and reporting tools. We champion digital excellence and promote strong IT capabilities across the organisation.
